Deep Draw Sheet Metal Parts
Balford Metal Stamping Co., Ltd. currently has 5 middle and senior technicians. The three shareholders of the company have 10 to 20 years of working experience in the field of precision deep drawing and deep drawing. They have complete production equipment and strong technical force. Our company has more than 50 sets of professional production equipment such as hydraulic presses, deep drawing machines, punching machines, pipe cutting machines, CNC lathes, milling machines, and mold processing equipment. The company has four processing advantages based on its own experience:
- Stamping and deep drawing of stainless steel shell,
- sheet deep drawing,
- Stamping of steel pipes and round gussets,
- thick plate thinning and deep drawing
Mainly supporting manufacturers of motors, sensors, solenoid valves, 5g communication resonant rod filters, etc.
The main products are: solenoid valve casing, sensor casing, heating chassis, DC motor casing, filter casing, resonant rod (resonant column), etc.
For many years, Paveneo has been committed to the development and production of various deep-drawn and ultra-long deep-drawn shells, and ultra-thick and thin-drawn products. Now Paveneo’s main services include: small and medium-sized high-difficulty molding, high-precision Required stamping and drawing processing, etc.
Our company’s technical processes include: metal stamping parts, deep drawing stamping, drilling and tapping, pipe cutting, CNC turning and other precision metal stamping parts processing manufacturers. The customers of PARFDO are concentrated in the field of auto parts. We will provide customers with PPAP (process, potential risk analysis, control plan, inspection report), IMDS, ROHS report, coating film thickness report, salt spray test report, etc. And in 2017, through the implementation of ISO9001 international standardized quality management, the work efficiency and product qualification rate have been greatly improved.

Stamping and stretching process
The stamping process is a mold applied to various materials, mainly used to press any part of the part. The stamping process is also a high-precision processing process, which consists of many parts, and the stamping process can complete a complete stamping forming process. For example: stamping parts require high dimensional accuracy, uniform wall thickness, and good surface finish; at the same time, the cross-section of stamping parts is required to be square, elliptical or cylindrical. To meet the needs of complex shapes, special-shaped parts are generally used. From the perspective of the structure of the mold itself, it is very difficult to combine multiple methods to form a stamping die for larger-sized parts. If a single method is used for stamping, there will be problems such as low forming efficiency, high cost, and easy damage to the mold; and This problem can be solved by using multiple dies for joint compression molding. For special complex punching dies, multiple punching die holes can also be used for stamping and forming at the same time, which not only saves materials but also improves efficiency.
1. Brief introduction of stamping process
Stamping parts are composed of three parts: sheet metal, blank and blank. The blank is loaded into the punching machine, and the sheet is compressed into a curved workpiece of a certain length, and pressed into the forming hole through the punch. The blank is pressed into workpieces of the same length or different shapes in the punching machine. There will be a certain degree of gap between the sheets, and the size of the gap depends on the wall thickness (thickness) of the blank. When the wall thickness of the sheet is small, the punching machine can make it into a cylindrical shape; and when the wall thickness of the blank When larger, the stamping machine can be made into a cylindrical shape. The mold manufacturing process is usually divided into two parts: the punch before stamping and the stamping process. The punch press before stamping includes die, blank, cold forming material processing area and forming preparation area.

2. Process flow analysis of stamping parts
The basic principle of the stamping process is to perform pressure processing through a drawing die to obtain the required shape and size. According to this principle, stamping parts can be divided into the following categories:
- Deep drawing, thinning or thickening to achieve the required forming conditions;
- Compression, expansion, bending and deep drawing. Its main technological process is: part material→stretching→stamping→cooling→stretching deformation.
According to the degree of deep drawing, parts can be divided into higher strength (including fatigue) grades, medium strength (including high temperature) grades and low strength (hereinafter referred to as “three grades”) grades. The stamping process is usually classified according to the mechanical properties of the material, and at the same time, the structure and shape of the mold used in each stage of the processing process affect the forming. Through the analysis, it can be seen that the stamping process required by different production scales, different product structures and other factors is not the same.
3. Stamping process characteristics
The processing objects of stamping forming are mainly materials, and there are many forming methods, such as: punching die, pressing material, extrusion, etc. Under normal circumstances, the parts need to be formed first, then pierced, and then the punching and stamping stages are completed before secondary processing. Among the stamping methods, the cold stamping process dominates. In cold stamping, there are many types of stamping die materials, and there are many differences in materials. For different applications, the cold stamping method will also have different performance. Usually, cold stamping is stamping and then forming, and its forming time is much shorter than that of cold stamping; at the same time, certain mold space, processing space and other conditions are required in the forming process, so there are also restrictions on equipment and materials. Certain requirements.
